Enter California “sushi” Rolls that overwhelmingly turn the strong “NO’s” into a strong "YES"! Join Tess as she walks you through how to make a variety of the most marvelous California rolls that will make you wonder why you haven’t tried to make your own before. California “sushi” roll combinations are only limited by your imagination! Make them vegetarian, with or without seaweed, spicy or not, it is totally up to you! Learn the skill of creating delicious seasoned sushi rice, spicy mayo, and how to stuff, wrap / shape the rolls, with wonderful filling ingredients. One of these fillings is a “crab” salad that will be created using crab sticks.

Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a symphony of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) & veggies will fill the crispy spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the fresh spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared!

Known as the Pizza Master “Pizzaiolo” in her family and community, our instructor Tess will help answer these questions as she guides you in her latest Pizza class where you will create fantastic FLATBREAD Piza and Pizza Panini from scratch. If you are a part of a pizza loving family, this class is for you! On the Menu: Wonderful Flatbread Pizzas, Pizza Panini, and OUT-OF-THIS WORLD Pizza Sauce. Two of the instructor's personal recipes for two different homemade doughs will be used. One will be for the flatbread pizzas, and the other for the Panini Rolls that will be turned into pizza panini.
