No need to look beyond your own kitchen for restaurant quality spring rolls! Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a symphony of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) & veggies will fill the crispy spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the fresh spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared!
