Thief River Falls Community Education

We would like to welcome you to the Early Childhood Family Education

(ECFE) program offered in Thief River Falls and share with you the many opportunities we have to offer. ECFE classes are designed to strengthen families and support children’s healthy growth and development. We provide activities, classes and support for families with children from birth through pre-kindergarten. Our staff work to boost parenting skills and parental confidence, and help young children develop their physical, language, cognitive and social skills. ECFE offers support and information for parents and caregivers, and learning activities for children, from the moment they are born until the time they are ready for kindergarten. Classes include:
• Activities where parents and children learn together • Time for children to learn and interact with one another • Parent discussion time with a Licensed Parenting Educator Register and join us for a time of building skills and meeting new friends.
